Palladian Villa — the story.
Designed for a multi-generational family of seven, the Palladian Villa balances neoclassical proportions with coastal climate engineering. A 60-foot covered verandah, cross-ventilated bedrooms and a 3-zone HVAC system keep the house cool through Chennai summers, while the pool deck and rooftop deck add 1,600 sqft of usable outdoor area. Delivered in 11 months, two weeks ahead of schedule.
